To get to Manchester, Vermont, you can use various modes of transportation depending on your starting location and preferences. Here are some options: By car: Manchester is located in southwestern Vermont, about 120 miles northwest of Boston, Massachusetts and about 200 miles northeast of New York City. By air: The closest airport to Manchester is the Rutland-Southern Vermont Regional Airport (RUT), which is about 30 miles north of Manchester. From there, you can rent a car or take a taxi to Manchester. Alternatively, you can fly into Albany International Airport (ALB) in New York, which is about 70 miles west of Manchester, and then drive or take a bus to Manchester. By bus: Greyhound offers bus service to Manchester from various locations, including Boston and New York City. The bus station is located at the Manchester Transportation Center. Once you arrive in Manchester, you can explore the town on foot or by bike, as many of the shops, restaurants, and attractions are within walking distance of each other.

Please join us in fall cocktail attire for the welcome party. Gentlemen, feel free to wear suits or smart jackets, and ladies, a cocktail dress or chic separates. We can't wait to kick off the celebrations with you!

We kindly request that our guests wear black tie attire for the evening, strictly in black or dark navy dress. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos, and ladies, formal gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. We look forward to celebrating in style with you!

For your convenience, we've arranged bus transportation between the hotels (the three noted in the Travel and Lodging tab) and the venue. The buses will pick up guests from these hotels and take you to the ceremony and reception, then back to the hotel at the end of the evening. More details, including pick-up times, will be provided closer to the day.

Please note that transportation to the welcome party will not be provided. We kindly ask that guests drive themselves (or walk) to the event. The venue has ample parking on site.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM. We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.

Parking is available at the wedding venue for those who prefer to drive. If you're staying at one of the recommended hotels, you can also take advantage of the bus transportation we've arranged.
